Hi Everyone!

Here is a little information about me.  I have lived in Southeastern Michigan for the majority of my life.  I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.  I earned both degrees from Eastern Michigan University.  I began my teaching career, working for the Lenawee Intermediate School District, and then I moved to Ann Arbor Public Schools.  I have been teaching at the Ann Arbor Preschool and Family Center for 11 years now!  Most of my teaching experience has been with children ranging from birth through five-years-old.  I absolutely love working with young children, teaching teams, and families to collaborate together toward developmental and educational successes.

During my time outside of school, I adore spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our two dogs.  We enjoy outdoor activities, playing games, taking vacations, and spending time with extended family and friends.  I also like doing puzzles, scrapbooking, and other crafts.
