Family & Community Resource Specialist

My name is Robin Dye.  I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Individualized Studies from Eastern Michigan University.  I worked in Human Services for over 10 years before finding a love for Early Childhood Education.  I began a career as an Associate Teacher in an Ypsilanti preschool and went on to receive a certification in Child Development from Washtenaw Community College, and earned a National Child Development Associate Credential and Child Care Administration Certificate.  I joined the Westerman Preschool Family in 2014 as an Associate Teacher at Thurston Preschool before taking my current position as a Family & Community Resource Specialist in 2015.  I have been married for 20 years and have two wonderful teenage boys who keep me busy with year round sports.  Together we love to fish, golf, travel and cook.
